Nevada

When traveling through Nevada, it is easy to realize that it is an extremely rural state. One of the least populated states in the USA. It has only two major metropolitan areas around Las Vegas and Reno, which are a 7-hour drive from each other. The landscape of Nevada is mostly dull, gray, with little greenery. We should not forget that Nevada is home to a top-secret US Air Force facility known as Area-51. Nevada is also a mecca for those obsessed with aliens.

Gambling is legal throughout Nevada, and Las Vegas is the undisputed gambling capital of the world. Slot machines are everywhere in this state, at the airport terminals, at the gas stations, not to mention roadside motels. Nevada is the only state in the U.S. where prostitution is legal. However, licensed brothels can only be found in rural areas. They are not allowed in Las Vegas itself.
