Quebec Carnival in Quebec City, Canada is probably the biggest winter carnival in the world. Every year in February, Québécois build an ice castle, organize parades and snow sculpture contest. You have everything here what winter has to offer, that includes sunny blue sky and very low temperatures. Because of cold, sometimes it is hard to survive without 'caribou' (local drink served warm on the streets). It looks for me that the main idea of this carnival is to prove that there is no winter too cold to have some fun.
