Pupils Roseau Waterfront Colonial Era Building

This is capital of Dominica, one of the Caribbean’s poorest countries. Surprisingly, it is not grimy at all. The streets lined with old stone-and-wood buildings are busy, crowded, and clean. Roseau waterfront was rebuilt after the damage caused by Hurricane David, but some parts of the city still give the filling of Dominica's colonial past, the time of the slave trading.
