This capital city of Vanuatu in South Pacific is a contrast to rural character of the whole country. Port Vila on Efate Island has car traffic, expensive stores, hotels and restaurants. All this is close to nothing when compared to western cities, but for small nation in Oceania this is a center of education and commerce.
